2、Can I change my default address, and user name?

Yes. Your address and personal information can be changed at My Account after you log in.

3、What if I forgot my passward？

If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot passward when log in. Please enter your email address and we will send you a password reset request email, please click the reset link in the email to reset your password.

1、Is your product authentic?

Yes, we only sell genuine products. All the products we represent are directly supplied by the original factory, and we have signed authorization certificates with them to guarantee 100% authenticity. Please rest assured to make your purchase.

2、Can I return my product?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

1、Where is your company? Where do you ship from?

Our headquartered base in Guangzhou, China, we have warehouses in Indonesia and Dubai, so we ship from China, Indonesia and Dubai.

2、Your sales area？

Yes, we ship all over the world. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

3、How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 1-3 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

4、How are customs and import tax/duties handled?

• Please kindly note that the Tax / Customs fee in destination country are at customer's expense.

• We encourage you to check the local customs office for potential import taxes, duties, and tariffs, before placing any order. In addition, some products may require special licenses or permits to import. 5、What should I do if something is missing from my order?

Please do not throw away anything, including the order's packaging and the packing list inside, and contact us and shipping agency.

2、Bank Transfer

You can also use Bank Transfer to make the payment. Usually it needs 2-3 business days for us to receive your payment if you choose this kind of bank payment. When you pay the orders via bank transfer, please sned us the bank transfer document.
